Why is a workplace booking software important?

You can quickly view on the floor plan and book the places you require either on our mobile app or on our webapp . Once booked the pass get generated and the seat is blocked for you. How do you book a space in office?
Using NeOffice, you can book any type of space you require in office. Spaces like desks, meeting rooms, parking, cafeteria seats can be easily booked under one single interface using an interactive floorplan. Choose your time, date & location – tap and its done. How will I know which spaces are available?
You can search for available spaces by defining the type of space, reservation time, and amenities. Baes on your criteria, NeOffice will display available desk or conference room or office spaces which will get highlighted in green once booked.
What are the different ways using which you can book your desks?
You can manage your desks using three types of booking- hot desking, hoteling or on behalf scheduling.
Hot desking, where employees share a common pool of desks instead of each employee being assigned a permanent desk. You can block certain part of the office to a particular team and only those team member can book there
Hoteling is a where you can inform the admin team to block a seat for you for a specific duration of time and this seat is reserved only for you .

Scheduling is when employees are rostered to a set of desks depending on their shifts, work or location. You can use different rules like scheduling one set of employees to come in on a Mon- Wen – Fri and another set to come in on Tue- Thru- Fri.
What is the use of meeting room booking software?

What is a meeting room display & how can it be used?
A meeting or conference room display is a touchscreen that is cloud-enabled and used by businesses to organise meetings and meeting venues. It notifies employees when rooms are available, allows them to check in for scheduled meetings, and allows them to secure meeting space on the spot if available
NeOffice’s simple room scheduling software works with iPads, and other tabs & Android devices. Many businesses install digital room displays outside of meeting rooms so that employees can quickly see current and upcoming events, as well as capacity, equipment, and other important room information.

How do you manage visitors in office?

How will I know when I have a visitor?
Employees will receive alerts or notifications once the visitor sign-ins using the invite sent to them through SMS or E-mail.
Are visitor walk-ins possible?
Yes, guests can also walk-in and key-in the necessary information at a kiosk near the front desk, to gain entry into office. Customized photo badges & print passes will also be provided.
What is NeoVMS?
NeoVMS (i.e.) NeOffice Visitor Management System is a companion app built to manage the visitor flow at your office lobby in a contactless manner. The visitor on entering the premises can key in all the necessary details on the tab that is available at the front desk. During the process, the visitor photographs and ID proof is captured and an alert is automatically sent through SMS or Email to the person he is visiting. A customized print pass or badge is provided to the visitor for entry.

What are the metrics used by NeOffice software?
We capture a variety of metrics as your employees interact with the platform, all without the need for additional hardware or plugins. Number of desk bookings, percentage of ‘no shows’ for meetings, guest visits to office are some of the metrics that we track.
Can reports be generated based on the data captured by NeOffice?
NeOffice makes it easier than ever to analyze all of your collected data and stats. The Insights function in your admin dashboard automatically generates and interprets the metrics you require into reports that give actionable analysis. You can figure out response to inquiries such as “How many desks are being booked?” and “How many visitors have we had?” You can also customize your reports to look at data of a particular t or entire office to gain a better understanding of how your space is being used.
